Noah fell down the bitcoin rabbit hole in 2016 when servicing his first audit for a crypto exchange. Today, Noah puts his passion to work daily leading the best crypto team in public accounting. The team has achieved multiple world-firsts for both public accounting and crypto markets, most notably the world’s first real-time audit, as well as the largest ever Proof of Reserves engagement.

With more than 13 years of audit, legal, IT and regulatory compliance experience, Noah has multiple professional designations and associations but is tired of putting letters behind his name. He was a founding member of, and now leads, Armanino's Blockchain & Digital Assets practice. While Noah advises blockchain and virtual currency clients on a myriad industry-specific issues, his expertise lies in IT and security matters as well as financial assurance and reporting for exchanges, miners and stakers, bitcoin lending platforms, token issuers, investment funds, broker-dealers, and blockchain and cryptocurrency startups.
