As Checkout.com’s executive chief of staff, Jess leads the office of the CEO and is responsible for the company’s organizational cadence and global scaling strategy. She also chairs the company’s Impact and Corporate Social Responsibility steering committee.

Prior to joining Checkout, Jess was the founder and COO of Codex Protocol, an Ethereum project to track the provenance of assets using NFTs. Before that she was a Portfolio Manager for OPTrust's Private Markets Investment Group, and started her investment banking career at Credit Suisse.
