Chancellor Barnett is Founder, Chairman and Chief Strategy Office of Jewel, a digital banking platform serving the leading global digital asset institutions. Chancellor is a technology entrepreneur and a FinTech pioneer. Throughout his career he has helped create new markets and opportunities through his leadership on policy initiatives in finance and banking within the US and emerging markets. In 2012 Chancellor played a significant leadership role in the US JOBS Act legislation in Washington D.C. with both US legislators and regulators, and subsequently founded one of the first US equity crowdfunding platforms, Crowdfunder. Chancellor has also served as a Senior Advisor to Global Reserve, cofounder of CoinCircle, and is Advisor on early stage investments to venture funds and family offices.
