Carl Dong is a Bitcoin Core Engineer working at Chaincode Labs. He has been contributing to Bitcoin Core since 2017 and has overhauled its reproducible builds system to be more secure.

He's currently spearheading the libbitcoinkernel project, which aims to extract Bitcoin Core's consensus engine into a reusable library.
